Adopt a Cat
Cochise Animal Hospital works with local cat rescue groups to socialize feral kittens and prepare them for adoption. All of the cats have been tested for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). They have all been given a physical examination and any medical problems treated.
Once determined to be healthy, the cats are vaccinated against FeLV; FVRCP combo for Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus, and Panleukopenia (distemper); and Rabies. All cats have been spayed or neutered and implanted with a microchip for permanent identification.
The adoption fee is $60.00. This fee is given directly to the rescure organization responsible for the cat.
